Don't bother with anything from Ubisoft, their CS is literally inexistant and when they do get to "helping" you, it's always default bot generated answers. Highly frustrating.

Absolutely crap at returns, This was a physical item asked to return within the correct period of time. Customer support is a brick wall. I will not be buying from them directly again. Avoid

So, bought "The Crew 2" on Stadia a while back. Completed the introductory missions. Then the game glitched, and I can't do anything. I'd really love to play the game, but Stadia say it's UbiSoft's problem, and UbiSoft say it's Stadia's problem, and I'm just stuck in the middle having paid for a game that doesn't work.

Bought in-game stuff.Didn't got it.2 months working on this and they won't give any solutions. valhalla is broken, can't refund because ubisoft refund system is broken too. Will stick to steam from now on.

I was unable to login to my Ubisoft Connect account after few weeks break. Reported to Customer Service by a chat...they fixed it within an hour, Thanks


So far 102 days and counting trying to simply return a game/get a refund (Valhalla, unopened). No response for weeks at a time on my support case. Slowest customer support I've ever dealt with, avoid purchasing anything physical from Ubisoft because if you have any issues you'll never get them resolved! They use UPS which is also a poor service, my return went round the UK for 7 weeks and was delivered back to me without explanation. I can return something in 24 hours with Amazon so why is this so hard? The feeling is that Ubisoft and the support just don't care about customers or reputation post sales.

The launcher is garbage, Valhalla is bugged as f uck it’s ridiculous. Already found 2 quests that literally don’t work one the character refuses to move the other the objective is under the f ucking map. What a disgrace

The won't help you solve a problem. The customer service is only online available. The don't look into your problem. So if you have a problem with a game made by Ubisoft don't expect any support from Ubisoft.

Takes them weeks to say the same. Copy paste nonsense over and over not solving the issues, refuse refunds for services that don't work.. Tell you they will put it to someone higher and you get the same copy paste stuff after waiting over another week. I wouldn't ever buy from these again... The customer service robots don't deserve any form of pay just get a monkey who can press ctrl and v would save them mammoths amount of money for a otherwise useless company.

DO NOT PURCHASE ASSASSINS CREED VALHALLA. IT IS BUGGY AND GLITCHES ITS BUGGED SO BAD YOU CANT EVEN PLAY THE STORY OR PROGRESS IN THE GAME. THEY ARE IGNORING PEOPLE AND TAKING MONEY AND NOT FIXING THE PROBLEMS. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A GAME MADE BY UBISOFT AGAIN. THEY EVEN MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO TRY AND TALK OR EMAIL THEM BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE.
